Vladimir has a degree from the Israel Institute of Technology, Computer Engineering and Cyber Security and in charge of the research and implementation for best practices of IT environment set up. Vladimir is leading and supervising the team of IT developers, designers, help desk analysts and network administrators and responsible for composing a project budget, estimating timeframes, designing software to model, testing network plans prior to implementation, facilitate meetings and ensures that products and services meet the requirements of the Client. Vladimir has strong knowledge of the principles and processes of IT infrastructure development and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and encourage the team members.
