Eugen is a project manager holding РМР certificate and in charge of managing and delivering projects towards international growth and expansion strategy development for companies intended to set up their presence on European markets. Has experience in collaboration with companies from different industries (healthcare, IT, construction, real estate, e-commerce, environment, etc) which facilitates a quick understanding of the Clients needs, gives the ability to promptly react and prioritize tasks, balance time and work scope. Eugen conducting the entire cycle projects based on the straight flow model of analysis and implementation on international markets, which consists of three stages: Market Analysis -> Feasibility study -> Partner search/M&A/Investment raise. The presence of outstanding skills allows John to lead and inspire team members and simultaneously support liaising with the Client on a daily basis to implement the custom solution of full-cycle analysis for further expansion.
